I ordered the floral placement maxi dress, with standard delivery, on Sunday afternoon; it was delivered by Royal Mail the very next day!The web-site didn’t do the dress justice. There is a lovely soft sheen to it that makes it even prettier that the picture.It’s a perfect true to size (16) fit made from quality material & well finished. I’m absolutely delighted with it, can’t wait to show it off at my friends wedding and will definitely be buying from you again.Great experience from start to finish.

I ordered a cardigan from Roman Originals paid for delivery to my home address. It hasn’t arrived, they’ve taken my money from my account. I’ve sent emails and they say I’ve asked for delivery to Argos. I’ve been to Argos, they’ve searched and they haven’t got it. RO admit they don’t do click and collect to Argos. Chyna their member of staff doesn’t seem to understand, she need training in customer service. They say it’s been delivered to Argos and it’s up to me to sort it out. RO have taken my money so it’s up to them to sort it out

Roman Originals deserve Five Stars not only for the quality of their clothes but also for their outstanding delivery service, orders despatched so quickly.Yes, can be slow in answering emails but no doubt short staffed because of the dreadful pandemic situation. I had trouble with an item being missing from a parcel - [if only the Packer had made a note on the delivery note that it was out of stock], I would not have been quite distressed over this - so much so, I could not try on the other items. However, all was resolved and yes, superb quality and amazingly quick deliveries.Thank you

Mixed review, bought a lovely black rossover neck jumper. Absolute loved it. Ordered and received the same in red. Foolishly removed labels and put away over Christmas h it was the same item right?) wrong, different quality, badly put together. Told customer service, said I wasn’t looking for due to labels being removed. They said return it. Replied saying labels removed, they said Oh you can’t return it then! I sometimes wonder if any one actually bothers to read the emails you send

Easy to navigate website, I bought a voucher from here for my stepmom as that is what she wanted, came with royal mail which I was pleased about.It took quite a while but that's completely understandable because of covid19 and the time of year so I fully understand.

I have purchased items from Roman in stroe and on-line for a number of years and always very happy with quality, service and overall value for money. Was just surprised to see my local store in Stourbridge had closed when I visited this morning. :(

I have purchased 5 pairs of crop trousers, different colours and different times,2 pairs after wearing twice now have elastic coming through all the seams and as my daughter pointed out, looks like I have fur around my bottom, not a look I was happy about. I contacted customer services as I do not have the receipt as they were purchased before lockdown in February and only started to wear them in July, over 60 day return.No help at all, disgusted with the service, no more purchases.

Ordered 3 items online in the sale and in addition used the discount code. Items delivered the next day, gorgeous well made clothes which fitted absolutely true to size (12).I have ordered many clothes online from them and have always been delighted with the quality and the service so am surprised at negative reviews and can only say it isn't my experience.

I bought a top and asked if it was OK to return it if it did not fit. The assistant say yes I had 30days to bring it back.I returned the top with my recipt to be told I could only have a credit not and should have tried it on before I bought it. I pointed out that the government guid lines says fitting rooms should be closed to reduce the risk to the customer. Emailed there customer services but they will not do anything. Disgusting customer service
